When I follow the path : "Tools/ Internet Options"

And "click" on "Internet Options" I recieve the "error
message":

"Restrictions"
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

What do I do!!!!

Have you tried to open Internet Options in Control Panel?
Essentially it's the samething as clicking Internet
Options from Tools. Also are you logged on as the
Adminstrator? If not, it is possible that someone may
have made it impossible for you to make any changes to
your Internet Options. If you are logged in as the
Adminstrator then I am not sure where to direct you. I
hope this helped.
