I'm getting two really irritating error messages in Windows XP Pro, SP2:

1. From IE7, Tools, Internet Options, "This operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

2. From Start, Run, "Regedit" (without the quotes), "Registry editing has
been disabled by your administrator."

Can anyone help!?
