when i click on tool, internet options; i get a msg box.
The title bar of the box states, "Restrictions". in the
box it states, "this operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact
your system admimistraton." the windows xp user (me) does
have admin privilages.
if i'm at the desktop and right click i.e. and select
internet options, i can make changes.
if i switch to my wife's xp logon, i can change the
internet options from the desktop or when in the program.
