Good Afternoon,

I have a user who when Click on Tools, Internet Options get the message

Restrictions " This Operations has been cancelled due to restriction in
effect on this computer. Please contact your System Administrator "

The User is logged on as Administrator, I have another account with the
Administrator right on the PC, If I logon with that account. I am able to
open the Internet Options.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks that worked, I ran the Ad-Aware and that cleaned it. However I have
another Question regarding Microsoft Spyware Removal tool, that just came
out, Do you know how to use it, I look everywhere on my XP box, but have not
found it how to run the software.
