internet options tab wont open

I use win 98- have ie 6- problem- when click on tools menu
comes down- click on internet options- it will not open-
just goes away

Registry Fixes. Try "UnlockNoBrowserOptions.reg" first. Try "RepairTabs.reg
" next.

Have you scanned for spyware/parasites?
