hi, my internet explorer is not working fully. i am on a windows xp home
edition. some websites work, some dont. when i open a new tab, the tab
icon/picture wont come up. there is just a red "X" in the left corner. My
hotmail wont work either. some pictures on some websites wont come up
either. On facebook, I cant sign in, and when it gives the option of
creating a new profile, it wont let me because it says javascript is not
enabled. i didnt know if that had anything to do with my problem. thanks
