explorer dosen't work

Explorer dosent work and says I am not connected to the
internet, but I am connected on a network and everything
is working properly. I use MSN and it wont sign in. So
I tried using explorer and a page comes up partially but
then a message says i am not connected to the internet.
Also the page that comes up is not my homepage. What can
I do. I tried tech support and got nowhere and cant
download a new one b/c it wont connect

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
