Internet Options Highjacked

One of these adware search engines has highjacked my internet options
default home page selector i.e. it has locked it up so it cannot be changed.

I have SP1 + 2 and tried rollback and regularly sweep my machine for adware
and spyware.

Has anyone got any suggestions please?

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should update
and run them weekly.
