Internet opening in the same window.

I cannot figure out in the explorer properties where I make the change to
open different internet windows. Right now it opens in the same window. I
think the option is in advanced under properties but now sure.

Right click the link, and choose the option which will be something like
"open ....... in new window" and for browsers that use "Tabs" there'll be an
option "open .....in new tab". I suspect also there's a way to make it the
default, to open in a new window or tab. Under the options of the
particular browser you use.
