Internet Log Files

I have been running ZoneAlarm Firewall program for two weeks now(trial
version 4 pro) I noticed my internet log file folder is getting larger-now
4.5MB. Can I safely delete all the files in this folder? It appears its
zonealarm log files. How can I prevent this build in the future?

If you have questions about ZoneAlarm you need to contact ZoneLabs, not
Microsoft. They should be safe to delete if they are just .LOG files.
