Recently I try to access internet explorer when I turn on my pc. I get an
error message that reads internet explorer has experienced a problem and must
shut down. Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem. Went to Best
Buy and the Geek Squad suggest I redownload internet explorer.. Microsoft
won't let me since I am running internet explorer 7 sp2. Any help would be
greatly appreciated...

"Microsoft won't let me",why or where have you seen this....
As IE7 can/could be downloaded by any user with a pc,that sounds odd,
either way,try downloads,select internet,select by date,browse thru and
download all the IE7 updates. Also, ever run windows update...
