Internet Explorer "Exception Occurred" on startup

Hello All,

On recently upgrading to XP SP2 I now find that Internet Explorer throws an
exception as soon as I start it. It then just continues starting up and
works perfectly normally after that.

Has anyone experienced this or know what the problem is?

Use the "Manage Add-ons" feature in IE 6 SP2 and isolate the problem.
