I have window xp pro and wanted to know if any one can
tell me how to do something. when you open ie the first
window is full screen but any window after that is much
smaller. I maximize the windows but when I close them and
reopen them they are small again.

I think to fix this you need to make the size of the
window bigger in the bottom right of the window while the
window IS NOT maximized. Tell me if it works.
