internet explorer

i am just minding my own buisness whilst surfing the net and the explorer
just crashes. for no reason. and it is happening all the time now. i only
have 56k connection so i don't want to download another copy of the explorer.
can anyone help me in fixing it?

Download BHODemon and see what browser helper objects you have attached to IE
You may? have something (malware) running with IE that is causing it to crash.

Hey MAP! Many of us got automatic updates on Oct 13th and we now have the
wallpaper but no icons. I do not have the Windows XP discs to reinstall. Any
suggestions?
