deleting add ons in explorer help

Hi all

I have been using the net latley and then suddenly all my explorer windows
dissapear, im using explorer 7, im surfing and then I am back to the desktop
bar no explorer.... I have done a clean install reciently but the problem
didnt get fixed so I tried to disable all add ons in explorer, it seems to
have done the job i have been on line for 35 min without a prob but instead
of turning them on one at a time to find the bad ones I want to delete them
all but I dont know how... please explain how to do this, its for win xp
home sp3

I dont want to just disable them permantly I want to delete them.

The add-ons that you can delete are removed from Control Panel > Add or
Remove Programs.

[You may find it inconvenient to browse the web without add-ons from
Adobe Reader, Flash, Java and QuickTime, among others. You may also find
that your security software no longer works properly.]

If the add-on causing trouble is malware, the above technique won't work.
