Internet explorer & service pack 2

Guy i am having a problem with internet explorer and service pack 2. Ever
since i installed the update for Windows XP home. Every now and then internet
explorer will just shut down without notification. I have run ad-aware and
hijack this and i cant find any 3rd party software that could be affecting
this. Do you guys have any idea what could be causing this.

1. Uninstall SP2 and leave it uninstalled until you get this problem sorted.
