The first thing would be to post it in a correct newsgroup. This is a
newsgroup for Microsoft Access databases, which don't have much to do with
your problem. Perhaps you should look for a Windows forum/newsgroup instead.

The computer had a serious error.
Windows cannot continue to operate, and must shut down.
What's ambiguous about that!?
You may want to repost in a Windows forum (scroll down the list of subject
areas on the webpage, this group is for Microsoft Access); indicate what
version of WIndows you're using, what triggers the error, and what error
message you actually get.
