Internet Explorer - reduced window size

As of late, when I am surfing the web, by internet
Explorer windows are not opening all the way. I have
tried to stretch the window to its full capasity and then
close the window and retry. Tis did not work! Can
someone out there offer me any suggestions on how to get
my windows to open correctly?

Hi,

To open Internet Explorer on full screen, you need to open a Internet
Explorer window and then manually maximize it, then close the window. From
next time onwards, it will open in a full screen mode.

Try sizing the window the way you want it, then close the window while
holding the ALT key.
This will force windows to save the window position

BTW - this works in other application as well
