Internet Explorer Link

Vanessa

I can't find a link on the desktop to open Internet
Explorer. I can't find a link when I click on start and
go into programs. I can't find a link to go into
Internet Explorer in the actual Internet Explorer
folder! The closest thing I have to some Internet link
is a globe with the word "Internet" next to it when I
click on start and my Start Menu comes up. I have
Windows XP. Someone please help me find a dang link! I
had to download Netscape in order to use the Internet. I
already downloading the service package twice. Please e-
mail me at (e-mail address removed). Thanks.

Hi Vanessa,

It is a registry setting . Try this:

- I can't tell you exactly which one it is, but if you have Xteq Setup
(a free registry tweaker from www.xteq.com) Desktop, Icons, Visible
icons, Visible Icons #1.

Or

- On the desktop: right-click, new, shortcut, iexplorer.exe - name the
shortcut as you like

Kind regards
