Internet explorer keeps closing....

When the box comes up asking if I want to display secure
info Internet Explorer closes. I have also gotten a
runtime error. Hope someone knows how to fix this. (Boy
do I miss my Windows 98!)

First, scan for viruses (runtime error 216 may be a virus
Secondly, scan the computer and remove the spyware, browser hijackers. Viist
www.lavasoftusa.com to download and install Ad-Aware.
