internet explorer home page

I have ad aware and spybot installed, but still keep
getting my home page on IE changed to:"about:blank"

tried several times to either go back to IE default
settings or to just reset under internet tools my home
page. but about blank keeps showing up...also removed
cookies ...still keeps showing up.
help!!!

If it is a CoolWebSearch homepage hijacker variant you're dealing with, this
