internet explorer home page

for the past week my home page for internet explorer
keeps being changed to: "about:blank"
tried deleting cookies, and any programs I didn't
recognize, but no matter how many times I change my home
page setting, it keeps appearing next time I open
explorer.
help pls

Hi Anna,

Common issue. You will need to run all of these, all of them. Even though
at some point, this will be corrected, trust me, you need the combination.
