Internet Explorer Errors

Hi. I run XP pro. And whenever I open my I.E 10 minutes
into any website it says "Internet Explorer has
encounrtered a problem and needs to close."

Is there anyway I can fix this?

Thanks for any help.

BTW: If this posts double, excuse it. My computer is
actually awefully weird.
