Internet explorer download dialog

Hey
i got this real problem...

when i try to download a plane or anykind of file from
anywhereinstead of it bringing up teh "open,save,cancel"
buttons it will sjut go stait to the "downloading to
temporary folder like i clicked open even though i didn't?

Please help me!!!!!! this is very anoying!!!!!

Locate that file type in Windows Explorer, under TOOLS|FOLDER OPTIONS|FILE
TYPES tab
Click on ADVANCED and checkmark the "confirm upon download" box.
