Internet explorer is crashing

Hey Guys,
Aight here is the problem..

1) I open up internet explorer

2) I goto..
Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings (below Temporary
Internet Files)

3) I then click on the View Files.. Button.

Whenever I click on this buttton Internet explorer crashes. Any help
will do guys.

Also Note: This only happens with one of the 3 accounts; if i sign onto
one of the other accounts, and do the steps mentioned above Internet
explorer doesn't crash.

Thier is a hotfix for IE,#892052 Prevents crashes,lock ups,etc...

Here's a couple of things to try:

Clean up the files with something like CCleaner (freeware):

Or:
Sign on as administrator and delete the Temporary Internet Folder(s). They
should be automatically recreated at user logon.

To signon as Administrator: XP Home, use safe mode. XP Pro,
Ctrll-Alt-Delete twice at the welcome screen.
