Internet Explorer 6 - csv downloads

I am not usre if this is the proper forum...I am working with a company that
has very heavy security. Our users need to download csv files from a site on
the internet, and when they do, they see the file download popup dialog box
as they should; however, they only have the "Save" and "Cancel" options (they
can not see the "Open" radio button. Can someone tell me which IE option
controls the "Open" button on the file download popup box? Thanks.

Hi Robert,

If your company is that security conscious, then it is safer to save the
file to the local workstation and then open it from there, as when the
file is saved it will be scanned by the AV software. Maybe they have
set the policies to reflect that.

Unfortunately that is not an option. This is actually output from an ERP
package to which the connect using Citrix. When the users save using the
"Save" function, they can not save the file as a csv file, which is the
format in which the file must be saved (for other purposes).
