Internet explorer crash

Hello

Everytime I open IE it crash and the error siganture is
AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: wmnetmgr.dll
ModVer: 11.0.5358.4827 Offset: 0047c82


What can I do?

Re-register wmnetmgr.dll
Start > Run > regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\wmnetmgr.dll > OK

I did that and not result
but I did aa roll back from windows media player 11 to 10 and is working
