shdocvm.dll error every time I exit ie

Every time I exit Internet explorer I get the following error message:
Error Signature:
AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName:
shdocvw.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2518 Offset: 0001408d

Not running AOL toolbar. Running XP Home edition SP2; IE Ver
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158

Have sent the error report hundreds of times. System up to date on all
updates. Can anyone help?

Don't know what you mean by "m or w?", but the

and tried ie 3 times already without that error coming up. You're a gentleman
