Internet Explorer Browser Display Size

When using Internet Explorer; my 1/4 of the Web page is
not displaying on the monitor. What settings should
affected bring the Web Page to fill the entire viewing
area.

If the Web page is hard coded for an 800 pixel wide display (like
www.msn.com ) and your window is wider then the right part of the window
will be blank.
