Internet Explorer 7

I like to save pictures from the Internet. In IE 6, when the right click
"save as" was not available a dialogue (?) box popped up that had the save
icon it it, as well as several others. That does not happen in IE 7. Is
there a setting that allows this?

Also, many of these boxes are too small to hold the entire picture. Is
there a way to enlarge these?

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
