Internet Explorer 7 Page footers

I know this is in the wrong forum, but i couldnt find a IE7 forum. Using
internet explorer 7, is there a way to get the options to type in the header
and footer slots of the page setup screen? It used to be a question mark icon
in IE 6 but apparently that was removed in 7.

The correct 'newsgroup' is below - there are no forums in newsgroups

IE7 questions should be posted to the Internet Explorer General newsgroup as
below -
