Hope someone can help, I am trying to run my Quickbooks 2002 software and it
says I need internet explorer 5 or higher, I am running ie7.0. I have used
this software for years and never had this problem. Where can I find a
download for ie5. I have googled it and check the msn site and I cannot find
it.

If you are running IE 7.0 then it's not likely you'll be able to install IE
5.

You should contact Quickbooks to inquire about your version's compatibility
with IE7, as the version of you Quickbooks you're using is 4-5 years older
than IE7, which is significantly different than prior versions. You may
need to purchase a newer version of the application (or uninstall IE7 and go
back to IE6, which is probably what you upgraded from and see if it works
then).

IE7 is higher than IE5.

Is QB 2002 supported in IE7?

=> Does this behavior persist if you start IE7 in No Add-ons mode?

To start IE7 in No Add-ons mode:

Right-click on the blue IE desktop icon and select Start without Add-ons; or

Start > (All) Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No
add-ons).
