Internet Difficulties

I am unable to type an address in the address bar. When I do so the desired
web site will come up, but then a box asking to send or not to send an error
report pops up and I am kicked of the internet. How do i fix it?
 
what ver and what browser are you using? how large is the internet temp
folder? what is the error msg say?
