I got the PC a week ago and this is annoying.
Everything else is working just fine...

Being that the system is new, have you checked with support at the company
that sold it?

Explain crashes. Error messages? What exactly happens and what are you doing
when it happens?

Please help us to help you. What does "the system crashes" mean?
Exactly what happens? If you get an error message, please report
it verbatim.

Hi!
scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus as well as
with Spybot,spyblaster.
Go to control panel > Administrative Tools > Event viewer-here you look
for application error logs.
Start> Run>sfc /scannow>ok
