internet connectivity issue when working off battery

When I attempt to connect to the internet while using the laptop battery
rather than having my computer plugged into the wall, I have no internet
connectivity. If I plug the laptop into the wall, it instantly works. What
is wrong???

Is your battery that low?

What are the power settings on your network device set to do.. Many laptops
kill the network if the power is low.
 
The battery is fully charged. 100%
