Internet Connection

I cannot connect to the internet from my Windows 2000 pc.
I connect to the internet from a DSL router then to a
Router/AccessPt/Firewall (Dlink) through a LAN Cat 5
connection from the back of the Dlink. There are 3 other
pcs on the network. Two Windows 98 and a Windows 2000
machine. All of the others connect to the internet with
no problem. On the problem pc, I can ping all of the
other pcs, the gateway, and other internet sites, but
cannot browser the internet. I can ping the DNS. I can
see all of the other pcs on the network's workgroup. I had
to install the TCP/IP using dynmaic like the other pcs on
the network, but I had to set it up using static IP
Address. I used 192.168.0.22. I tried another browser
and it still did not work. So, it's no the browser.

Any suggestions? I've read about LM Host, Cashe.DNS
corruption, ICS problems, RAS Routing....

Here are the IP setting.
IP:192.168.0.22
Subnet:255.255.255.0.0

If you couldn't get a DHCP-assigned address from the DHCP server (the
DLink), that sounds like a problem to me. However, when you statically
assigned it, did you put in the LAN IP of the DLink router as your default
gateway?
