Internet Connection

Have just done a repair install of windows xp and now I can't get connected
to my ISP. I get a message that it is blocked. The modem does not dial the
number. Any suggestions?

I think the following article will help but if not you can try the Winsock
Fix.

You cannot create a network connection after you restore Windows XP
(refers to SP1 but SP2 is said to still apply)
