Internet Connection Sharing

I am trying to setup my PS2 connection using Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS).

I have everything properly installed on my PS2 with a
crossover cable running from my PS2 Network Adapter to my
Network Interface Card in my PC.

The problem I am having is actually enabling ICS (see
link below).

I just keep receiving this error every time I try to
enable ICS so I can allow my PS2 to connect to the
Internet.

I have tried the Network Setup Wizard but it keeps
saying 'Cannot Complete the Network Setup Wizard'

select your OS

look for this file or something like it - this is for XPPRO
!BVsProDescriptions.reg
it explains all the services - open with notepad and search for
"connection sharing"
there are a number of services required for ICS

Make sure all are set properly.
