Internet Connection Problem

Something keeps changing my connection option
from 'Always dial my default connection' to 'Dial
whenever a network
connection is not present'. How can I prevent this and
keep the 'Always dial my default connection' active?

Your Internet Explorer dial-up networking settings may change from "Never
dial a connection" to "Always dial my default connection". (GPO, Group
Policy Object).
