internet call waiting

We are in a rural setting and I need internet call
waiting because high speed is not an option. Will it
work in Windows XP - my father had problems getting it to
work. How do I get it to work if it will?
 
The ISP and the modem both have to be v.92 for it to work and even if
the ISP side is v.92 they still may not support it. Check with your ISP.
