internet browser

my internet browser is stalling. when i punch in an address, it'll advise
"done" however the page doesn't change. i've done all the troubleshooting i
know of. thanks
 
Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings"
button.
