hi, i've been trying to work out a problem on my
brother's computer for a while. He is connected to an LAN
ISP and for the past 6 days has been unable to connect to
the internet. he can still connect KaZaa, but he cannot
browse the web. Also, AIM seems to have the same problem.
He called in the guys from his ISP, and they told him
that it was his computer that had the problem, and since
they are local, and don't really care, they suggested for
him to bring it in somewhere to be looked at. ok, so what
happens is whenever you open internet explorer 6.0 all
you get is the "this page cannot be displayed" page no
matter how many different websites you try. it would be
great if someone could help us so that he doesn't have to
bring it in to a shop if he doesn't have to, thanks.
