Internet Begin Problem

My computer runing windows xp, norton antivirus 2006 , and MSAntispyware BETA
with latest updates.
Computer stop responding (HANG) When i connect to internet , this problem
solve automatically after 5-10 min.

(Im using dialup-internet connection)

Why???

Using MSCONFIG dos not helpful... all was safe
