Internent Explorer

Can't Launch IE! I have uninstalled / reinstalled,
reloaded Windows 98SE, no difference. Have two computers
networked other completely fine. I am at a loss and I
don't understand and have no other ideas to try... Please
help if you have any thoughts. Thanks
