International characters/Pontuation

Hi all,

For the first time am having no luck using the keyboard shortcuts to insert
international characters (pontuation) in works word 9.

The OS is Vista and the work words app is OEM from Dell.

Any help pls?

Unless this is Works Suite (which is no longer available, so it's not likely
you got it installed on a new system), it does not include any version of
Word. More likely you are referring to the Works word processor, in which
case you will need to ask your question in a Works newsgroup (see

The Works word processor likely doesn't have the same keyboard shortcuts as
Word, but you may be able to use Alt+0xxx codes, or there may be an Insert |
Symbol dialog of some kind. Failing that, you can use the Windows Character
Map.
