I have got a network at home and was wondering where I can
get a free Web Server Software, so users can access
webpages on one of the computers with out the need to be
on the Internet.

Can you tell me where I can get this software?

If you are running XP Professional, then you can install IIS using
add/remove programs and then selecting to add Windows components. If you are
using Home edition, then you will need to use third party software, such as
Apache.
