Internal messages don't appear in OWA but do in Outlook

I have one user who cannot view internal message from the Outlook web
interface. Messages external to the company will show up, but nothing
internal. I had this person log on to a computer internally and bring up
Outlook and all the messages, internal and external, were there. This leads
me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the Exchange server. Next, we
closed Outlook and brought up IE and logged in to the Outlook web interface.
None of the internally generated messages were there, just external ones.
This is the only person having this problem out of about 30 that regularly
use OWA. Any thoughts, comments, ideas?

Since OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook, I'd ask in
microsoft.public.exchange.clients. You also might want to say what version
of Exchange when you're posting over there.

Also, try searching for the message in question, see if that can find it.
