Interactive Services

Kathy

Out of the blue I started receiving a message for Interactive services. I
had to select it , the screen would go black, I then had to answer a question
about my balck ink cartriidge and then return and my documents would print.
I changed teh cartridge and the message finally stopped but now I cannot
print at all. My printer says offline. I have no idea where this came from.
I stopeed installing updates because if I installed them all of a sudden my
email wouldn't work and I had to do a system restore to make it work again.
Where did this interactive services come from? My printer worked just fine
before.

Hi Kathy,

It came from your printer software, it monitors ink levels and warns you
when it's running low. You can disable it, but that's not really your
problem now.

How is the printer connected? Local or network? USB or Parallel Port?
