Interactive Buttons

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to configure an interactive button
so that it shows a different color when it is hovered or
pressed? I am using the 2003 version, in the previous
version a hover button had an option to customize it and
change the initial color and the color that was supposed
to be shown when the button was pressed.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Charles,

When you selelct the propertie of the Interactive buttons, there is a Font
tab. In that tab you have the option to select the Original Font Color,
Hovered Font Color and Pressed Font Color.

Hope this helps

I believe if you right-click on the button and select "button properties" from the shortcut menu, you should get a dialog box with three tabs for configuring the button. On the text tab, you will see color boxes for the original, hover, and pressed fonts.

Thanks for your help. I can change the font color in
that tab, tha problem is that I cannot change de button
color. I guess I wiil have to edit the button's image to
change its color directly.

Thank you all for your answers.

Create your own custom color images for each state
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555010

Note:
The pressed state means the state when you do a mousedown (before the page changes to the related link), and does not persist to the
new page opened as a "selected" page
