interactive button

Does anybody know how to configure an interactive button
so that it shows a different color when it is hovered or
pressed? I am using the 2003 version, in the previous
version a hover button had an option to customize it and
change the initial color and the color that was supposed
to be shown when the button was presse

Interactive button have 3 states - normal , hovered , pressed
Make sure in the Image Tab of the Interactive Button Dialog you have selected the option to create the hovered & pressed ones (also
the preload option)

There is no option for changing state on different pages (active)
- you would need to create a new IB for each page

For more info on customizing IB see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555010

PS
The JAVA dependent Hoovers are still available
(but deprecated and not recommended) in the tool well
- View Toolbars Customize Command Insert and drag them out to your tool bar

If you create the button in the normal manner, it will make one normal, one hover, and one pressed button. It places these three images into the folder list. Open the hover image from the folder list, make it any color you want in your image editor and then save it Do the same thing for the pressed button.

No necessary, and will be overwritten if you use the dialog again
- see my post above for the correct way
